She is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Third Way Investment Partners, a specialist investment firm focusing on infrastructure investing. She currently serves as a director on the board of SAVCA and various portfolio companies of the Third Way Asset Management Group.
She was previously the Investment Manager of the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) – the largest pension fund in Africa, where she served on the Investment Committee of the Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund and represented the GEPF on several advisory boards of Private Equity Funds.

Romeo is the former CEO of Vunani Fund Managers; he joined the business in July 2011 from a newly merged Momentum Metropolitan Insurance asset management business where he was the head of Portfolio Management and Executive Director.
He was previously the Chief Investment Officer at Metropolitan Asset Managers (METAM), responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction, and directing the group’s overall investment strategy.
